Ciris Semi has the capability to design and deliver Read-out ICs for different detector & application.
- Short-Wave Infrared (NIR-SWIR / SWIR), Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR), Long-Wave Infrared (LWIR)
- Resolution support to 64×64 320×256 640×512 pixels
- Pixel pitch support to 20um / 15um / 12.5um / 10um
- Temperature Sensor , Signal chain test and SPI is the part of Read-out ICs
- Different pixel architectures: direct-injection (DI), capacitive transimpedance amplifier (CTIA), buffered direct injection (BDI), along with custom circuits for ROIC pixels
- Integrated on-ROIC reference generation, buffering, digital timing generation, control, and register
- Mixed signal IC that provides current to frequency conversion used in radiation measurement devices for medical applications (64 Channel).

- Radiation hard ROIC design 100krad(Si)
